Winston-Salem Area Transit Authority Route Study

We want to hear from you! Please submit your comments and questions about the route study implementations we will be making later this year.

Later this year, WSTA will be improving Routes 83, 93, and 103 to pick up passengers twice per hour instead of once per hour, while discontinuing Routes 99, 100, 108 and 110. The hours from those four eliminated routes will be used to add the 30-minute service to Routes 83, 93, and 103. Additionally, WSTA intends to launch a new day pass for all riders and install a new ticket machine at the Clark Campbell Transportation Center.

The City of Winston-Salem Department of Transportation and WSTA are interested in hearing your feedback regarding these implementations to the fixed-route bus system. The comment period will be open starting Monday, April 10, 2023 and will close on Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
